SMART NAMING CONVENTION GUIDE

To get the absolute most out of VizScanner, every file should be manually reviewed initially and named using our specific naming system.

While this requires a crucial initial step of manual review, it is the secret to lightning-fast data retrieval and filtering at a later stage.
VizScanner reads these filenames and automatically builds your dashboard filters based on them.

THE STRUCTURE

Separate each category with an underscore (_).
Example: Quality_Classification_Age_Ethnicity_BodyType_CustomTags.mp4

Here is the exact breakdown of the categories in order:

1. QUALITY (Ratings)
   Placed at the very front of the filename to easily sort by best-of.

• 0 = Worst / Unrated
• 00 = 2 Stars
• 000 = 3 Stars
• 0000 = 4 Stars
• 00000 = 5 Stars (The Best)

1. CLASSIFICATION (Category)
   Who or what is the main focus of the video?

• (Leave Blank) = Female (This is the standard/default, no tag needed)
• male = Male focus
• group = Group / Three or more crowd
• landscape = Scenery / B-Roll

1. AGE The approximate age of the main subject.

• age18s, age20s, age30s, age40s, age50s, age60s, age70s, etc.

1. ETHNICITY & PREFERENCE
   The ethnicity of the subject, followed by a number (1 or 2) to indicate your preference/quality of the reference (1 is preferred over 2).

• cau1 / cau2 = Caucasian
• azn1 / azn2 = Asian
• lat1 / lat2 = Latin
• blk1 / blk2 = Black
• mid1 / mid2 = Middle Eastern
• mix1/2 = Mixed Race

1. BODY TYPE
   The physical build of the subject.

• bodyN = Normal
• bodyT = Thin
• bodyC = Chubby
• bodyV = Voluptuous
• bodyA = Athletic (Muscular, toned, etc.)
• bodyBH = Bottom Heavy

1. CUSTOM TAGS & SCENE INFO
   After the main categories, add any specific descriptors, camera angles, or studio names. VizScanner will turn these into searchable tags.

• e.g., povD, handheld, studioName, dancing, closeup

Example 1: A highly-rated video of a thin, 20-something Caucasian female dancing in a studio.
Filename: 0000_age20s_cau1_bodyT_dancing_studio.mp4
(Notice there is no classification tag because Female is the default).

Example 2: An average-rated video of an athletic 30-something Asian male working out.
Filename: 000_male_age30s_azn2_bodyA_workout_gym.mp4

Example 3: A top-tier group video featuring a voluptuous Latin actress in her 40s.
